Fiber: The Missing Block in Your Health and Weight Loss Journey

More and more studies are proving dietary fiber's role in preserving gut health. Fiber has been proven to help reduce inflammation (the underlying cause of many diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and arthritis), helping treat IBS and leaky guts, and enhancing weight loss. All these benefits share a common pathway: dietary fiber stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria. The recommendation of daily fiber intake is 28g per day for adult women and 35g per day for adult men. I guarantee you that most of us if not all are not getting anywhere near this number.
